Does the widget slow down my page?

No. The loader script uses defer, so it runs only after your page has parsed. The widget itself loads lazily inside an iframe, so it never blocks your main content.

Do I need a developer to install it?

No. Every install guide above is a point-and-click flow in your CMS. Pasting a single HTML snippet is all it takes. If you'd rather have a developer handle it, simply copy the embed code and send it over.

Can I use the same widget on multiple domains?

Widgets only load on the domain you approve during setup. If you need a second domain, edit your registered domain or contact support to add additional approved origins.

What happens if I switch my website domain later?

Click Edit next to your registered domain and update it. Your existing embed codes keep working — they reference your widget ID, not the domain.

Are the widgets free to use?

Yes. Every widget is currently free to embed and use. We want you to get value first. As your usage grows and the widgets start driving meaningful results, we’ll discuss next steps together.

Can I change the widget colors to match my brand?

Yes. Use the Customize widget colors section above to set your background and accent colors. Changes apply to every embedded widget instantly — no redeploy needed.

The widget is not showing up on my page. What should I check?

Make sure both the <script> and <iframe> tags were pasted correctly. If your CMS removed the script, try using a Custom HTML block or module instead. Also confirm that the page URL matches your approved domain. If you’re still stuck, reach out to us at widgets@zipments.io.

Do widgets work on mobile?

Yes. Every widget is fully responsive — the iframe resizes fluidly to its container. On narrow screens controls stack to remain tappable.
